P.E PROJECT

Hi!Today I´m going to talk about the diet that I followed the other day.

For breakfast, I ate a glass of milk, and a toast with marmalade. At half morning, I ate some cookies. At lunch time, I ate rice with tomatoe, and a veal filet.
Normally I eat something for mid afternoon, but this day,I didn´t eat nothing. For dinner I ate soap and two eggs with sauce.

THINGS THAT I CAN IMPROVE TO EAT HEALTHIER:
For breakfast I can eat a piece of fruit or a fruit juice, and in the toast put natural marmalade. At half morning, I can eat a piece of fruit or rice cakes or something like that.At lunch time, I can eat a filet of white meat, instead of a filet of red meat.Obviously,I can eat something for mid afternoon. And for dinner, I can eat the eggs without sauce. For dinner I can eat instead soap a salad or something like that, but I think that the soap is good too.
THINGS THAT I CAN IMPROVE(IN GENERAL):
I should not drink refreshments,
although I drink them occasionally, there are bad for the health. I should not eat popcorns because they have a lot of dyes.
