THEORICAL EXERCISES FIRST EVALUATION -1

1.- What is strength as basic physical ability? How many types of strenght are there? Explain them and give an example of each of them. 
       
Is the measure exertion of force on physical objects. Increasing physical strength is goal of strength training.
- Maximal strenght: Maximum forcé produced in a single muscular contraction.
- Explosive strenght: or power, a combination of speed and strenght.
- Strenght Endurance: the ability to sustain a number of muscular contractions over a period of time.


EXAMPLE:
MAXIMAL STRENGHT: Maximum force produced in a single muscular contraction.
EXPLOSIVE STRENGHT: Or power,a combination of speed and strenght.
STRENGHT ENDURANCE: The ability to sustain a number of muscular contractions over a period of time.



2.- What is flexibility as basic physical capacity? What factors does flexibiluty depends on?
Is the range of motion in a joint or group of joints, or the abity to move joints effectively through a complete.
Flexibility depends on:
Structure,Ligaments,Muscles.
Age: Young people have more flexibility.
Sex : If you are boy or girl,the girls have more flexibility.


3.- What is endurance as basic physical ability? How many types of endurance are there? Explain them and give an example of each of them.

Is the ability of an organims to exert itself and remain activite for a long period of time.
1. AEROBIC ENDURANCE: Refers to the ability of your cardiovascular and respiratory systems to sustain moderate intensity exercise over extendeed periods.
2. ANAEROBIC ENDURANCE: Refers to the ability to sustain intense,short duration activity such as weight lifting or sprinting.
